OK, for reasons of my own I want my laptop returned to factory settings. Just like when I bought it. I'm running vista home premium, and like the tittle says it is a Gateway M-6755. There were no os restore cds when I bought it or anything like that.
I've had other laptops, and they had a ctrl-f8 while rebooting thing that would restore to factory seetings. Is there ANY possible way I can do this? I don't want to have to go out an by a Vista Disc.. I don't have the money for that. Anyway, if you can help me, please email me at [email protected] thanks.

You need to use Gateway's Recovery Management (http://support.gateway.com/s/software/microsof/Vista/7515910/7515910su9.shtml) in order to return your laptop to default settings.

If this does not work, you may need to get CD's from Gateway.
