My computer has the blue screen of death thing popping up when I turn it on. I have fixed it before, maybe a year ago or so. I just installed some new software and I have to go into safe mode to un-install it. But th thing is I can't go into safe mode or anything. So what can I do? Thanks!:confused: :confused:

It can be hardware problem . Sometime you put the new hardware like ram or harddisk , it can be happen.

Now I only can suggest to repair your windows or format your harddisk and install the new windows.

You should check your harddisk is still working condition or not.

The problem is power problem,open the box which lays behind the screen of your computer,show the thread which is cut off and repair it,and clean your computer from the dust.
I faced the same problem,this is the resolution.

Yessan, could you explain better? When you say 'show the thread which is cut off', are you talking about a broken or burned wire?

I mean broken wire of power in your computer
