What should I eat to maintain a healthy body without Fat?

Don't cut out the good fats. Like the omega-3's.

You can eat lean meats. Vegtables. Some carbs, you don't want to over do it with carbs but some carbs are good. A lot of dairy products can be healthy.

Avoid stuff with high fructose corn syrup, stuff that's been processed a lot. And watch out for some of the "non-fat'" and "low-fat" stuff. Just because it doesn't have at doesn't necessarily make it healthy. A lot of times producers will add more of soemthing else to the product to make up for the fat they've taken out. For example, compare half and half to nonfat half and half. I don't even want to know where they came up with the idea to put sme of the stuff in nonfat half and half into food period. The small amount of fat in half and half is fine with me when I look at the alternatives.
