Whenever I start my computer it shows me this error

Try in the run button "msconfig"and try removing it in the startup tabs..

Well, rundl32.com is not a windows file, rundll32.com is
It seems to be some type of trojan

Try to find these files and delete them - ri.exe and new.exe

If you can not find them I would recommend getting and antivirus/trojan remover
