Iwill assume you want to know about an annullment, a method of ending a marriage instead of divorce. Each state in the US, and other countries all have their laws and rules. You will have to give us more info
There is also a religioius annullment that has nothing to do with the state or divorce but is merely a religious status of the marriage.
