I have put a blonde lighting kit on my hair it has turned ot orange can I put a colour on it what can I do

You may have removed the lightener too soon. You can try using an ash based colour on top to neutralise it.

Is this the first time your've done it?
If so blonde doesn't always come out "blonde" the first time you do it. The 2nd or 3rd etc will do the trick.
