If someone out there could help me on working to come up with about seven to ten interview questions on someone taking charge, knowing how to organize things and getting people motivated and working again. Its my job to find the right person that will fill those qualities and more. Whatever help you can provide would be very helpful. Thanks a lot!:)

Here are a few that I use to get you started, I'm sure more ideas will follow:

What do you feel is your biggest weakness?
What do you feel is your biggest strength?
What do you see yourself doing 1 year from now, 5 years, 10 years?
What would your best friend say is your strongest quality?
What would your best friend say is your weakest quality?
What makes you stand out above the other candidates for this position?
What makes you feel you will be a good fit for our company?

Good luck!

The questions suggested are OK type.. Not so fantastic.. I would rate them just little above avg.
