Well I think I mean the place where you can have acsess to he 90 percent of the internet most people don't know is there its where all the intersing stuf happens like hackers and stuff

There is no such thing. There are hidden URLs and password protected sites. This site won't help you with illegal hacking. What kind of information were you looking for?
