My question is do I have any legal rights for getting my neighbors evicted. My neighbor,a woman, is constantly feeding my kids as well as other tenants after repeatedly being asked to stop.None of these kids are older than 6 or 7 yrs.It has escalated into telling the kids their parents are mean, trying to intervene in parent child relations, sneaking, lies, confrontation, retaliation, and the final straw being that she reported me to child protective services and made several accusations which were found to be false. This lady is out of control and Im afraid of what her next step may be.

I would file a complaint with CPS against the woman. They HAVE to act on any complaint they receive. If you and the neighbors collectively file a complaint with the Family Court, they may issue a restraining order against her. She must be one hell of a person though if the kids all go to her. She may just be a really nice person BUT it sounds like she is a meddler. Get statements from the other parents, go to the local probation office and file a petition for an order of protection. If you and a few neighbors see the judge it is assigned to and convince him that this is a concern, you may just get the protection order.

It's not that she's one hell of a woman (at least not in a good way) my kids are ages 2,4,6.What kid that age would shy away from ice cream, candy, donuts?I thought she was nice at first but now I see her as dangerous, manipulative and very methodical.Thank you very much for your advice, my neighbors have already let me know that they would help me in anyway possible to get her out.

You can't evict someone unless you're the landlord - as a tenant you have no legal standing.
If you are afraid of her, call CPS. If her charges against you were false and you have proof she made the call out of malice, then take her to Small Claims Court for your damages.
You and the other tenants can also band together and discuss the problem with the landlord and ask the landlord to evict her.
