Hi Any Doctors out there please help!
I have suffered for many years from horrible cyst like erosions at the top of my inside legs just along the knicker line, these come very often and are very painful,it sounds awful but I have to squeeze them to relieve the pain, brownish, blood usually comes out. I did visit a doctor with this embarrising problem and he told me it was quite normal for women to get these! But its not the sort of thing you like to talk about over coffee!!
Woud appreciate any help and if possible the name of this horrible problem.
What are they and how to stop them!!

If your doctor didn't tell you specifically what was wrong, I would definitely go for a second opinion and ask for an explanation of what they are and for a treatment. Is it something you need a prescription for or is it something you can deal with at home? I think this is the least they can do. Most doctors are willing to take a few minutes to answer questions, but first you have to ask. Good luck!

Hi there
Thanks for the advice, I have had these for years now, don't think there is an answer, only way to cure is to remove all my sweat glands!!
Cheers Fiona

A friend of mine suffers from something very similar, and has ended up in hospital due to these cysts becoming infected and needing to be drained.
I would go to a different doctor! It's not normal, but it could be a condition you are stuck with. In any case, you should be instructed how to deal with them - I'm sure squeezing them yourself is NOT a good idea. And any doctor who advocates this needs their head examined.
Also, if this is causing you pain, you should sort it out rather than suffering in silence because of the social taboo about where the cysts are. Good luck x

HI,
You may need surgery to remove these.
Please go to a different doctor, or even a Surgeon for some good advice. I am not a Doctor, but would seek out further Doctor's opinions.
I do wish you the best, and good luck.
