I really want to lose a bit of weight for many reasons, some of which are...

I've always been fatter than my friends and it sometimes gets me really down.
I'm going to be in a school play and I'm wearing my PJs on stage in front of the whole school and the parents :S
My boyfriend is shorter and thinner than me and it makes me feel ENORMOUS and
I'm having to squeeze to fit into my size 10 (UK) clothing

If you have any ideas that I could fit into my already hecktic lifestyle - lol - I would really apreciate your help.
