When I try to start it the strarter clicks but don't turn over the moter. I have to try 4 to 10 times then it will turn over and start right up. Any help with this?

You need to fully charge or replace the battery. Be sure to clean the battery terminals and cable connections.

I have but a new battry in and cleand all the connection and it still does it

Sounds like the solenoid is likely bad, which will likely require replacing the whole starter motor. It's not a hard job. You could dirst disconnect the negative. Battery cable and try cleaning the solenoid connections. Based on your findings, you may want to try and just replace the solenoid.
