I have a very evil ex that comes from a very wealthy family that has loads of resources to make mine and my and my daughter's lives a living hell and has done so. No child support has been paid for one full year and my ex stalks me using various resources. My daughter has REFUSED to go for visitations and refuses to return phone calls because of the mental abuse suffered there. My ex is also a deviant and is living the gay life style and IS an excessive drinker. I would have gone to the courts long before now, however my ex has ties within the system that we were divorced with the attorneys that work in the office and is a bill collector (one of those resources). What do I do to gain full custody so we can leave the state and try to live a peaceful existence? Even though I'm in debt now with the lost child support, I'm still willing to give it up just to cut ties. What can I do legally without getting myself in hot water? Thanks in advance,
Jim from California

In California and most states the life style will not even be a negative, and I doubt any court in California will cut all ties with the other parent, and add to that they have money for lawyers, I can almost say no.

As for the stalking, the harassment, document proof of that and file for a restraning order
