When you try to turn the Thermostat down to make the air come on, it will click at temp... however the blower or nothing ever comes on. It will not come on in auto or on position. It did this before and I think it was the fan relay... however... my brother bypassed it until we got the fan relay... I cannot get ahold of him to do this again... does someone know this trick?

It is model e2e 012ha.. I believe. I know its e2e and I know it has a 12

It is not a good idea to do this "trick" with your system if you are not comfortable to do this. Sounds more like the contactor switch went.
