:confused: well I need to loose about 30 pounds in one month and a half because I will be leaving for the army and I wanted to know how I can achieve this goal in this short amount of time

Really, the fastest way I know of to lose weight is to cut out all carbs. Doing this should make you lose at least a pound a day. Carbs include bread, sugars, corn syrup, rice, etc. You can eat meats, vegetables, dairy products and drink things like water, crystal light or milk. Basically eliminate all grains and sugars. Potatoes and corn are bad too.
Some meal ideas would be... buy some lunchmeat and some cheese and make a "roll up" by rolling the meat and cheese together. Eat burgers without the bun. Lots of fish, a vegetable and meat casserole. Get some of those cheese cubes to snack on.
It's hard but it works fast. If you exercise as well, it'll work even better. Even just taking a brisk walk every day will help.
Of course, you should check with your Dr to make sure this is OK for you to do so you don't get sick.
