I have a lease agreement that is for one year. It has now been 4 months since I have signed it, but niether my roommate or the management company has signed it. I'm trying to leave and I was wondering since they they both haven't signed it, is it considered a month-to-month?

I would think it would still be a year lease because you signed it for a year.
Their not signing it would not get you off the hook that easy.
