I am one of about 4 houses on my street who care for the feral and wild cats in our neighborhood. Two of my mommas had a total of 8 kittens about 3 weeks ago. About three of them have eye problems where they are gunked shut. Some with one eye and one with both eyes. The eye drops I use to clean them out every 4 hours seems to be helping a bit but I'm worried their eyes will not develop properly. Especially the two who only have one eye gunking shut. Any advice will be appreciated. Harsh as it is.

This is a sign of feline leukemia. The kittens eyes may or may not clear up. I know of one lady who spent a fortune on her kittens eyes only to have the kitty go blind from this. It is highly infectious to other cats as well.
