Hi guys. Im currently expiriencing a problem with my administrators machine. It can only send packets but cannot receive... Meaning that it can't access the network. I've tried to replace the NIC, disable the Firewall and even changing the IP address but all in vain...
It's a total mess... Please Help

Plug that same network cable for that computer into another computer that you know is working. Does it still work after you do this?

If you go to a command prompt and run IPCONFIG /ALL, what are the results?
