You are safe in the fact that the age of consent in your state is 16 so it was safe to legally have sex. But they can not move out till they are 18 legally. If she moves out, the mother can call the police to charge her with being a run away. ** depends on local police custods if they actually do anything, but she can be picked up and turned over to Juv services
( which means she will be safe) but they can also push to have you charged with interfering with custody.

Best bet at 17 call children and family services and request emergancy investigation for the unsafe living conditions.

I am from Indiana and have to say don't worry about her parents charging you with rape of any kind. However as said before her parents can file a case as her being a run away and she WILL be picked up and brought back the first time... if it happens again they can and will take more serious actions on her. If she really needs help she needs to go to a shelter I know of a couple but depending on what area you are in depends on which one to take her too. They have people at a shelter to make sure the right paper work is filed to make sure she is safe but do NOT have her move in with you because you can both be charged if she is under 18. I know from personal experience watching a kid who was 17 in high school get arrested for being a run away and he ran because his dad beat him but because he didn't take the right steps was arrested.

Also check your state laws because as soon as she has the baby she may be emancipated in the eyes of the law. That you really need to look into.

Look in the Yellow Pages, or Google, Right To Life agency; they have lots of good resources in some places.
