Hii I'm bianca and I have been singing my whole life. I first got taught at home by my mum because she used to do singing. I have started singing lessons at my school and my mum might even let me do singing lessons out of school. This week I am singing at a wedding and I can't wait. If someone can tell me how to get into the big business please doo tell me!

I do apologize that no one has answered you yet. However, frequently you may need to wait awhile before someone comes along who knows about an answer for the question that you are asking. So, it's best to have some patience... Also, on this night during the week, we don't normally have as many people online here as we would during other times during the week.

What kind of music is it that you are interested in singing for people? Taking singing lessons sounds like a great idea! Do you play any instruments besides your singing?

By the way, I just sang and played for a wedding, yesterday!

Yes, some topics have experts online when you post, in other posts it can take several days to a week to get some answers and you will sometimes find people coming back two or three weeks into the future on some questions.

Experts here are not paid, so people are just online when they get the time.

Lessons are the most important thing at this point and time. Learning breathing control, learning tone and pitch. Also learning to sing parts not always melody. Also you will need to learn how to read music music.

And practice, practice, practice. Next you have to sing at any place you can. See if you can sign to someone playing a guitar or piano, or even recorded taped music at some senior citizen centers, nursing homes, retirement homes. Look at areas such as business meetings, VFW, Elks and so on.

As you get older, there are lots of open mike nights all over most states.
But be careful many of the ones where they want you to pay a large fee and make too many promises. A lot of rip offs out there.
