Hi there, I have a litter of 2 week old puppies. They are very very greasy. I know this is not normal and have given benebac to help if it is an absorption problem. Has any one experienced this and what did you do to help it.

I didn't know what you meant by greasy at first, and still trying to figure that one out. I thought at first you meant the mother wasn't cleaning her babies good enough. Benebec is safe for any age and even little ones and actually aids their digiestive track to assimilate their food easily.

You have the help in the benebac, just use it properly and follow the directions to the letter.

I would suggest contacting your vet if you do not see improvement within 48 hours. They are so young and vulnerable I would let anything out of the norm go on for too long without medical advice. Best of luck.
