First, try rewriting it in terms of sin(x) and cos(x).
Left side:
\frac{1+\frac{sin(x)}{cos(x)}}{1+\frac{cos(x)}{sin (x)}}
=\frac{\frac{cos(x)+sin(x)}{cos(x)}}{\frac{sin(x)+ cos(x)}{sin(x)}}
=\frac{cos(x)+sin(x)}{cos(x)}\cdot\frac{sin(x)}{si n(x)+cos(x)}
Try the same with the right side. Show they are the same.
