My father's rottweiller (neutered) is stuck to a female in heat. This happened late last night and I just found out they are still stuck together today!

What should I do? Is there reason for me to panic or should I let them be?

It is Saturday, 8 PM - all the vets are closed!

This is the best I can come up with, it certainly does not cover the problem that you speak of. My suggestion would be to call a vets office, surely they will have a number for emergencies.

I found this website also - it was the best I could find too. Surely this must happen to other dogs... I'll try calling around for an afterhours vet and keep checking for more answers.
