Let me see, you complained to the manager about his wife? ( does the wife work there?) And you actually , really actually, told him that the behavoir of his wife was not acceptable.

Ok he most likely knows and feels bad about it anway, but obvious if he was going to stop it, do you think he likes her yelling at him?

So all you did was basically shoot you self in the foot as for as any carrerr n that company. Type of that resume and move on now.
If you file a complaint, if you win, what will other bosses or this boss think about it ? If you lose can you say how fast will I get fired.
Start looking for them to find things to complain about in your work,
I would say personally my guess you time with that company is very short at this point and time

His wife does work there and because she is the managers wife she thinks it is a family business I've worked for this company for 2 years and she has only worked there for 6 months do I not have any legal rights

Well if you can prove it, maybe, but to be honest and I am sure others will jump in here with it also latter this week, but often if not almost always the wistle blower is the one that ends up without the job.

So to be honest you should have let the boss and his wife yell at each other and just do your job, if the boss does not listen to you, well most bosses don't listen to their employees 1/2 the time anyway.

I believe you were expecting them to do it just they way you wanted it to be done.

In the perfect world they would correct things when they are told, in the real world, most likely you will be lucky to keep your job after all the smoke clears.

Not what you want to hear but just how it works normally. You can risk of course going over that bosses head, and most likely don't have much of a choice now but to go to your bosses boss.

I really doubt that any of it, you were not being harassed because of sexal gender, race, religion and so on.
But if you want to push it, as I said before I have worked in the corporate wold for years and to be honest it is best to drop it and go on with life.

Even though you may appear to be OK at this point, Big companies have a habit of not liking people who rock the boat.

If you are looking for some sort of payday by suing for bullying, then forget it. I don't see any grounds for a suit. There are no laws on bullying.

You say the problems have been reported to upper management and they have taken action and suspended the manager. I don't know what more you expect.
