I am trying to take out my nipple rings, and I just can't seem to get them off, it seems like the balls just won't unscrew. How I GET these out

Most of the time they use rings where the balls just pop out. Have you tried just popping them out? Where the ring meets the ball on both sides, pull it apart just a little and you should be able to pop the ball out.
It is rare that they use a ring where the ball screws in, but if they did use one on you and you can't get it off, go back to your piercer and have him/her do it for you. They will usually do this as a courtesy, free of charge. If you continue to try and do it yourself, the pulling and tugging can cause irritation and even injure you if you accidentally tug hard enough.

It may take a couple small needle nose plyers to spread the ring apart from the ball... I have not seen a ball that screws on when it comes to a nipple ring.
