I worked for a waitering Temp Agency in Boston, Ma
I filled out a W-2 and asked them though take out the MOST amount of taxes...
The company pays daily.. you work a job, call in your hours, then you can pick up your check after 3 pm that day or the next.
I found that they never took out any taxes, now I owe a lot of money
Do I have a recourse?
Thank you

No recourse available for you at this point. How they got around the taxes is because they paid you on a daily basis. Seems good and all that you filled out the tax forms but in the end it actually worked against you. If you work only one day and say get $90 for that day's work, that does not fall under any tax withholding amount that they have to take out taxes for you. This works also in their favor as they don't have to contribute any taxes towards your wages either. Now if you had worked for a temp agency that paid you weekly and accrued each day - then you would have had taxes taken out of your weekly pay. Next time try signing up with a temp agency that pays you weekly.

This post seems to differ from your other posts in it, you said they did not take enough tax, not that they took NO tax. And that you used 1 as your number of dependents.
Also it is a W4 that you file out not a W2 to tell them what to withhold.
Also what happens with daily wages, they use the chart supplied by the government, and when your earnings are lower when paid ( such as daily wages) there is less often withheld.
For next year you can make adjustments to have more held out, or remember to save some back.
What recourse do you want?? I am sure the IRS will allow you timie to work out a payment plan with them, as in your other previous posts, there is nothing you can do at this point and no recouse aganst the company you worked for
