I adopted this 1yr old and she was never house trained and I'm having no luck I have her on a schedule but nothing seems to work she pees every 30min can anyone help

I'm assuming this is a dog. Ok, first, take her to the vet and make sure she doesn't have a bladder infection. Sometimes this is the underlying cause of a loss of bladder control. If she's fine, try the crate training idea. When you are gone or at night when you are asleep, leave her in her crate. Dogs are hesitant to soil where they lay. Also, try putting her on a strict feeding/watering schedule. Let her eat and drink, wait twenty minutes, then take her out, when she does her business, reward her. Do this until she understands that outside is the ONLY place to potty.

It is much more important to watch the puppy than the clock.
