I have about a week left on my probation in Williamson county, TN. I have some speeding tickets in other counties that happened during my probation. Does anything need to be reviewed by my PO before my end date? Will these be cause to revoke or will my not telling my PO about them? I was in one accident that wasn't my fault and I told my PO about that one. Also I have passed all my drug tests, but will likely fail if asked to before my end date. Please help me with your experience, I haven't been sleeping.

Well the worst, very worst thing you did was not telling and talking to the PO, if he finds them by running a check on your before he signs off on the probation, you may be revoked not for the actual ticket, but for the very more seroius event of not reporting this to him. And yes it is also very possible that they will ask you to do one last drug test, that is very common.

Any police contact must be reported to the PO. That also means speeding tickets and auto accidents. You should pay the speeding ticket immediately and show the receipt to the PO. There is something in your probation that states "have you had any police contact within the last month". Also at your face to face with the PO monthly they will ask you the same question to give you another chance to tell them about police contact. And yes, the last drug test is just as important as the first test and they will do the last test on you, trust me.

Hello w:

If they find out about your stuff, yes. If they don't, no.
