Dear Sir,
If a three phase generator is loaded more on one phase and less on other does it effects is performance. At times a phase on generator runs overload while the other runs underload. What is the way to distribute the load equally on the three phases ?
Please suggest.

Balance your load on your distribution panel.. check your single phase load if they are distributed equaly to each phase A, B, and C. Compute the load for each phase they should be equal or nearly equal for each phase..

Why is it necessary to evenly distribute the load?
& what could possibly negatively impact this imblanced system?

Let's take a case: A is load 10%, B loaded 10% and C: loaded 100%. The shaft will rotate, but when it reaches the phase loaded 100%, it will be harder for the motor to turn the generator, this will create an imbalance in the shaft and affect the bearing in the generator and the motor.

If the load unbalanced, it can caused vibration on the generator.
