Easiest way is to shut down your computer, then when you restart your computer it will ask you choices how to start windows. Pick "start windows normally" and it will return to normal windows mode when it boots up.:)

I haven't used a PC in a while, since I started using a Mac. But if I remember correctly, when you boot up the computer, hold down F8 until you reach the screen that lets you pick between, "Safe Mode" and "Start Windows Normally." Pick, of course, the "Start Windows Normally" and that should solve your issue. :)

The best option to choose is "last know good configration"
