I got to deal with Statistics & probability, Linear Differential Equation, Vector (Differentiation and integration and it application) help me to make a strategy that could fetch me to the passing marks. Provide suggestions of how to do that tactfully.

Buy books that are about the areas that you need to do best in.
A bookstore or web business of some type could have cheap used textbooks or study guides. As you know that you know the way to do well you will do better.
I do not know if this answer is in time to help you for may exam, but maybe will help on others.

Practice as many questions as you can? Having a good teacher? Good ready to help friends?

The best strategy: 1. start early (NOW); 2. start from the very basics to understand the stuff as you move on - this is how you keep you confidence; 3. study not less than 30 min-1hr EVERY day.
