I am a new owner of a mfg home that I had just bought from my mother. She has a lease with the landlord and her brother had moved in with her. She had to move due to her mother being sick, therefore I bought the residence and my uncle refuses to leave the premises. What will I have to do just to get them out. Him and his 3 other tenants living with him? Mind you, they do not have a lease. I want them out and I am taking over the lease.

You own the manufactured home in your name (having purchased it from your mother) but there is a lease for the land between your mother and the owner of the property?
First, you've got to negotiate a new lease or amend the old lease because you have a conflict there which could cause problems.
As far as the tenants - they are in the home which you own. Evict them according to your local Laws.
