I would like to get few sample self introduction letter to introduce myself as newly joined administration manager in a company

I suggest you write the letter in a conversational tone and structure it as follows:
- Give your name and a brief background statement that establishes your experience and credibility for success in this new role.
- Outline how you plan to provide support to your customers. Will you be making any changes in assignments right away? If so, articulate those.
- If you plan to meet with each person to identify improvements, let them know you will be contacting them. If not, tell them how to contact you with issues or suggestions for improvement in support.
Close with an upbeat statement of your excitement about the assignment and how your are looking forward to working with the team.
