And which county are you referring to?

Don't allow her to call you at home. Only let her call your husbands cell phone. That is one solution to this problem.

Hello, I am sorry you are having a problem.

If I can understand the situation, and I am sorry it was a bit confusing.

Your husbands ex wife is calling your home, when you talk to her, she calls you bad names and says bad things about you.
This is about average for ex wife's and happens all the time. As long as she knows this bothers you, she will continue. Unless she is threatening you there is little you can do, and honestly in most places even if she was threating you the police still don't do much.

You can change your home phone number and not let her have it.
Get the phone number to block her number from being able to call you.
Get caller ID and don't answer when she calls.

I do not know the laws, but I do know that with most phone companies you can block a person's phone call, if annoying. It is worth a try.

I don't know anything about the laws either. But there has to be something that can be done because you are being harassed and that's just not acceptable. lilfyre is right the one thing you could do is have her number blocked on your home phone. And if she needs to get a hold of your husband then she can call him on his cell phone. If he has one.
If it starts to get out of hand I would go to your local police depatment and file a report.
