Hi! I have a problem with the hot water in my house... there isn't any. We have a Burnham RSm Series steel boiler with an optional tankless system, as opposed to a separate hot water heater.
Over the years, the pressure of our hot water has decreased gradually, now to the point where there is virtually no pressure and no hot water in any of the taps. Water still comes out of the hot water taps, but it trickles, and it is not hot. The plumbing is all copper.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, and if you could answer in lay terms, it would be best since my husband and I are "plumbing-challenged"... we're not complete amatuers, but boilers and plumbing stuff is not our best subject.
Thanks!
