OK so my boyfriend of 5 years broke up with me saying he doesn't love me anymore and he did this with sms I called him but he wouldn't answer so after that I never called him or anything. Now after a month he called me I didn't answer because I was at work, he didn't leave a message or anything though

It was his home number so it could've been his mom too but I'm not too sure I didn't call back but I'm just confused. What if he calls again should I talk to him or tell him not to call me

I wouldn't answer unless he left you a message, if its important , he'd leave a message. Don't think about this too much, its probably nothing... I know this may be a burst of hope, but hope is evil when it comes to mending a broken heart. Don't call him. Wait till its important enough for him to leave a message. And I applaud you for coming here before you made any action, this says that you follow our advice, and that makes me smile.

soniagak, I know where you're coming from. My ex of 3 years recently started calling me (after 4 months of no contact)... she's called me once a day steadily for the past 4 days. No voice mails, no texts, no e-mails... just calling once.. . it's weird. I haven't picked up, because I figured, if it's important, she'll leave a message... but she hasn't. I feel like that talking to her will only make her feel better, not me... so... why bother?
