I am an F1 student from India (came in Fall 2005). I have received two W2 forms,
I) From a company in Michigan, where I was a full-time Intern (on CPT) from 01/05/2007 to 04/07/2007.
ii) From my University at Ohio, where I have been the rest of my time as an student.

So, my questions are,
Q1. Would I need to fill out all these forms respectively,
(a) For Federal:- 1040NR
(b) For Michigan:- MI1040, NR, SCHEDULE 1
(c) For Ohio:- IT1040

Q2. What would be my residency status at Michigan (Part-time or Nonresident) and at Ohio?

Q3. Can I add moving expenses into my federal form for moving to Michigan for Intership, and if I do that do I need to fill the IT2023 Rev. 1/08 form for Ohio?

Thanks, in advance.

1) Yes.

20 Non-resident, due to your status as a non-resident alien student.

3) No, due to the duration of your stay. However, you CAN claim your daily living expenses, because the short duration makes it a temporary job assignment.
