I've looked up Isass.exe and jots down some notes but the thing is, going through safe mode in order to run virus scan I could not do,system could bootup long enough for me to do that and also, I can not reboot my computer cause my CD-Rom drive can not work...
What can I do now, please help me with some ways or ideas of getting my computer up and running...

You cannot remove lsass.exe as it is a critical component of Windows. However, if your computer is shutting down repeatedly, you can remove the Sasser infection. Symantec offers a Sasser Removal Tool (http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2004-050114-1706-99), however getting the shutdown process aborted so that you are able to follow the removal instructions (http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2004-050116-1831-99&tabid=3) and run the tool can be tricky.

It may be easier to remove your hard drive and place it in an external USB case, hook it up to a friend's computer who has current antivirus, and scan it. It is imperative that this other computer have current virus definitions. Your friend should also visit Microsoft's Windows Update (http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com) site and install all high priority security patches beforehand just to be safe.

A final alternative would be taking the computer to your local computer shop for repair.
