In my laundry room where you hook up a washer. My cold water has low pressure. When you first turn the valve the water pressure a little better but as you open it pressure slows down.Pressure fine in all other rooms. Can you give me any advise on what could be the problem?

There is a restiction in the valve. Normal pressue is about 45 psi and its present until you open the faucet, then the pressure droops quickly once the faucet is opened. How is the hot water volume/pressure? Do you know if this is a faucet with a stem and washers or a cartridge?

Hot water pressure is good.Dont know what faucet is.Faucet looks like the same one that is out side for garden hose.I also have well.Well is only 4years old. Also mobile home.Checked a faucet hook up before main valve to house water pressure is good.
