I have decided to put in a raised strawberry patch next to my garden. I live in eastern PA and want to know the best ones to plant. I basically use them for dessert and jelly.:)

Hello Vividdaze,
There are two excellent ways to determine the right variety for your specific location.
1) Ask a Master Gardener. See:
Department of Horticulture (http://hortweb.cas.psu.edu/mg/)
For more information about the Master Gardener programs in PA.
2) Ask at a local garden center. Don't go to a garden center attached to a hardware or home improvement store - you want a place that is JUST for gardeners and where everyone who works there really knows plants. You will find the people who really know your local climate and know what plants grow best in your area. They will stock the right varieties for your climate and can tell you why you should pick one variety over another.
Happy gardening!
