I have one and only depo jab on 21st Nov and it ran out on 21st Feb. now 7 weeks later and no period yet. I believe that you can detox to help get back to normal. Can anyone advise.

You can try to detox but it will take about 9 months to leave your body. At that time you are succeptible to pregnancy.

The best and most inexpensive is water. Drink lots of it. But, according to my father-in-law, a gynecologist, it doesn't matter if you have had 1 or been on it for 10 years (as I have) it will still take 9 months to get out of your system. Have you asked your doctor?
