The way to stop this is either to negotiate with the other parent or go back into Court. It is technically a violation of the custody order - but only you know if it's worth going back into Court to argue about.

I've seen the Court refuse to consider this a violation if it involves sports or "important" extra curricular events which also occur on the custodial parent's weekend.
