Been married for 31 years yes we have children but all grown and on their own but we do have a grndson living with us which I have custody and receiving child support from his father I'm unable to work due to a car accident and he knows that he just up and left with no warning I don't have no money except for my 280.00 in child support for my grandson and buying our home which he has not paid in awhile

To the extent you are dependent upon your husband's income, he will (most likely) be ordered to pay you alimony. You need a family lawyer and request a temporary hearing for alimony; also request payment of your attorney fees, which is also an 'alimony' claim.

A month child support from his father and also since its his business am I allow to go up there with him not calling the police on me like he did today I was not starting anything either I went up there tosee what was going on with him cause I don't have a clue why he doing this to me no he not involve in a nothe relation that I know for sure but he does have a drinking problem

Depending on how the business is set up, did it own it before you were marreid, what was your part in building the business, this will be a hard issue, and will most liekly take months of court discussion
