I'm not a physicist so I need your help. I live in Mexico. We have a water tank sitting on the roof - there is no pressure pump. The water pressure in the house is very low. Is there a rule of thumb (for the common man) that will tell me how how much pressure increase will result from raising the tank 'x' number of feet or meters?

Thanks before you raise the water tank TOO high,, check you bathroom fixtures for the min pressure each require... yeahhhh if the tank is at 10ft high you will get 4.33 pound of pressure

Ur House Plumbing IN Branch System.that means only one inlet pipe connects to all your house,
Make it ring circuit system that means give one more inlet connection to high water usege area that means bath rooms,
Get the one inlet from tank and make two branches and one branch connect to one area and anoher one connect to the high usage area.
