I have a fetish for long hair spotting a long hair on a lady just make me go crazyy..
I have a maid working at my place with hair till her waist and her hair also very thick and rich in texture,seeing her I just can't control my urge to be with her,but I stay with my parents and in a very conservative environment.I don't want to exploit her in any sense as she is from the weaker section but in general but I just want to convey to her that I am really attracted to her.how should I pass on this to her, as I am not able to talk to her freely because verybody is thera t my home ,and what should I do to win her.

You are attracted to the ''weaker section'' because this ''weaker section'' has long hair but you have good morals enough to not exploit her?
Go find somebody with long hair that can relate to your definition of words like what the ''weaker section'' is.

You are serious. If you are really serious about her, move (a vacation would do) to a country where she is the same class as you. Bring her as a maid if necessary, then tell her to her face.

If you just want to have sex with her, slip her a written note.

Where you are writing from has different class distinctions than where I am writing from. I'm in the USA. Here, you'd just corner her in the closet, or anyplace parents couldn't overhear and tell her how you feel. If you both felt the same way, you might move in together or marry.
