Hi! I just want to ask what are exercises or diets that can reduce the fats in my arms.. I cannot wear sleeveless anymore..

You can tone your arms by doing push-ups or other arm exercises, but the only way to decrease the amount of fat in your arms is to decrease your overall body fat with diet and exercise. Try eating smaller portions and exercising at least 4 times a week for at least 30 min. each time.
