How do I clean a pan after it turns brown or yellow-brown with cooked-on non-stick spray? Thanks.

I use Comet or Soft Scrub. Comet works the best though.

What is the pan made of? If it is cast iron, then just use a VERY small amount of dish soap on a steel wool pad using water as hot as you can take. Scrub it out, rinse very well with clean hot water and dry with a paper towel. Apply a very thin coat of olive or vegetable oil and rub until it is "soaked" in. Run another paper towel over the entire surface to remove excess. This can also be done with teflon coated pans, but instead of steel wool, use a plastic pot scrubbing pad, and eliminate the oiling step. If this does not remove all the grease, then repeat the process adding a small amount of lemon juice to the dish soap. Best of luck and happy cleaning!:)
