My husband and I filed for CH 13 on 2/25/05. We check our online records often waiting for the day to be here that our bankruptcy is paid in full. We recently noticed a new "claim" of an unsecured base hold of $5,583.24 and we currently have an "on hand" amount of $5,796.92. What is the unsecured base hold? The rest of the claims are paid in full and we are wondering when we will be done. We live in Ohio if that helps at all. Thanks for any answers.

Most chapter 13 run from 3 to 4 years, your attorney should actually have an exact month it should be over ( or a real close estimate)

I have called my lawyer and she has no idea what it is either. She told us our claim is being considered for closed as of last week:o I can't wait to be done with this and move on with our lives!
