Plan a nice romantic get away or even a candle light dinner at home. Have a glass of wine and relax. My doctor said I was stressing over everything. Sure enough once I relaxed and quit trying, well our daughter is 20 now. Good luck

What happened at the doctors that tells you that you can get pregnant? Did you have actual testing done? Did your partner get tested? How long have you been trying for? It can take quite awhile for many couples just naturally. There is no magic fix unfortunately... sometimes it just takes time, trying not to focus too much on it, determining your most fertile period each cycle, sex every 2 or 3 days throughout the entire month, etc. and it can still take awhile.
Doing something like src15 suggested is a good idea... it is too easy to start to obsess with becoming pregnant. If you find you are watching the calendar, counting days, watching for any symptom, and sex is becoming more of a chore than a pleasure, it is time to back off a bit and regroup.

Well I just had all the test done necessary to find out and the doctors said every things fine and there is no reason I shouldn't get pregnant! And no he hasn't been tested but he has gotten another person pregnant already!! But if something has changed with him since then I don't know.

To be honest. You need a fertility test done. Has that happened? I mean holding your legs up in the air isn't always the best method. And taking pre-natal vitamins is a nice gesture but will not make the chances of you getting pregnant any higher. It does help once you are pregnant of course. But it is not a method of getting to that point. Basically you just need to find you a good fertility doctor, not a family doc or anything of that sort. I have the same problem and all the little home remedies that you may hope and pray will work 99% of the time do not. So just take a trip to a specialist and get the results that you are looking for! Good luck!

I had all that testing done everything is fine. I started taking the prenatal vitamins because my gyn. Said that it is good to prepare your body for the pregnancy but I don't really know! I guess I'm just going to try to relax and not think about it!

You should definitely take the prenatal vitamins, especially for the folic acid. Anything you can do to prepare is a good idea. The folic acid is beneficial in preventing certain birth defects that occur in the early weeks, sometimes before women even know they are pregnant. This is why it is suggested to take when trying to conceive.
Since you have already had some testing done, it would also be wise to have partner tested, even if he has fathered a child before. Some tests can detemine how your body responds to his sperm... which can also be a factor at times. Odds are, it is only a matter of time... if you have been trying for over a year, might want to consider going back for additional advice from your doctor, or better yet, a referral to a reproductive endcrinologist.
