Please help it is doing my head in... my doctor never saw me after miscarriage said I didn't need to be seen...

Perhaps you should look into getting a new, more involved Doctor. Whom you feel more confident and comfortable with.

First I am sorry for your loss. It does take time to get back into your regular schedule after a miscarriage. It also depends on how far along you were.
I agree with the above. After a miscarriage it is important to be seen. It is also important to get an ultrasound to make sure all the material left over has naturally left. If not, then sometimes it is recommended to get a D & C, but like I said it all depends on the situation.

Brownish discharge is old blood. I honestly do not think you should be concerned about that but I recommend you bring your concerns to your doctor.

Going so long without a period, I can understand 3 or 4 weeks after a miscarriage but for the amount of time you went without one. Could be a concern.

Not everyone has a luxery of changing doctors or getting new ones. If you can, then you should bring your concerns into a new doctor. If you can not get one. You need to be more assertive as a patient and pretty much demand better care.
